Bridge Kid was Tarot Yoda Jackson, leaving Sue to mourn. She also
left behind a group of transporters that helped her on her ride
from Sedalia MO shelter to her new home in Ocala FL with Sue. Just
a tiny little blind, senior chow that spent her days rocking in
the chair with Sue.
Adoptions were Joe, leaving from foster care with Sally.
Cole Camp Pound was way past maximum capacity for April and
May. Seven total impounds and no one came forth for their pet or
to adopt. Working feverishly with locals to find a solution.
You can make a difference for the pet population by purchasing

What we did this month - Judy V & her Montrose gang
participated in the Montrose Memorial Day Festival parade. They
had a pet photo contest fund raiser for the feral cat program,
contests & prizes for cats, dogs, a miniature longhorn steer
and an Anfrican spur tortoise. Their float was sponsored by
"Rescue Me" their feral cat program & 7 Bells
Sanctuary. Brenda came with Beluga her cart dog pulling a cart
with flowers. Judy V had several of the Boston Terriers in the
parade including Izzy & Trampas, as well as volunteers Terry,
Misty, Charlie and Gracie. 2 galf carts decarated with feral cats
Rescue Me & 7 Bells spay/neuter, Adopt first, big and
little dog bones and hand drawn cats and dogs made by Gracie.
Petfinder.com has a classified section you may list your unwanted
pet in hopes to find a new home. Most rescues are full to bursting
at the seams. You best know your pet and may promote him/her on
their classified section.
Wish List - We are so grateful when we receive those gently used
items. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
We give thanks to each of you who so generously give of your time
& talents to help these fur-kids as they wait patiently for
their fur-ever homes. Rescue life is good, yet a fur-ever home is
best. We could not do this work without your continued support.
God bless you each & every one.
And last, but not least, a very special prayer for those in
uniform keeping us safe & free. In the words of a dear friend
"How would we have the ability to take the time, enjoy the
right to do so, if not for the sacrifices made, by our men and
women in uniform? Perhaps today, they are sitting in a trench,
walking a patrol, in harm's way ... Freedom has never
been free: they are making payments. To our men and women in
uniform: Thank You!"
